I am going to start a collab. But I can not run it on the BBS. So I will run it using the Newgrounds PMsystem.
The thing is, I suck at flash. But I am amazing writing, producing, and coming with awesome ideas.
Before I even start this collab, I will need someone whos good at flash.
He will have to know the basics of flash, such as
-FPS
-Stage Size
-Compatibility of CS3 and CS4

You just have to know the regular specifications of a flash movie.
You will be like theFLASH manager of the collab.
I will be the Manager.
