I liked it, but I liked your other art better, on this one I like the background shading.
On this one you could, add detail to the clothes and thats pretty much it. Give him some bad looking clothes.
In the next pic you could draw this

-With a leather jacket
-Red undershirt
-Baggy Jeans
-Toothpick in mouth
-Nice shoes
